Ingredients: 2 oranges, 1 grapefruit, 5-6 strawberries, half banana.

Ingredients: 7-8 carrots, half boiled and peeled beetroot, 4 leaves lettuce.

Ingredients: 2 cups cubed watermelon, 2 cups cubed honeydew melon, 2 cups cubed cantaloupe, 1 inch grated ginger.

What are some low calorie desserts you can have even when you are on the diet? When you are on your weight loss program, this does not mean that you should give up dessert entirely. I love desserts. I am one of those who goes flat and eat only desserts. Here is a list of some common desserts and calories. There are many low calorie desserts you have the choice between and does not ruin your diet.
Many people think that ice cream is a dessert sinful to eat when you are on the diet. However, if you analyze the number of calories in details, this is not more evil after all. Just do not finish a pint of ice cream. A half cup of ice cream is about 150 calories, quite equivalent to a soda. The most rich and cream ice cream, more the number of calories in general. A cake of regular cup with the frosting on top is about 260 calories, looks a lot like a regular "brownie". A cinnamon roll is about 300 calories. A regular donut is about 220 calories, yet according to marks, dimensions and fittings. A piece of Apple Pie is about 330 calories, which excludes the scope of ice cream in addition it! If you really need to have some dessert for your period of weight loss, just trying to eat desserts low-calorie only about 200 calories. Alternatively, you can also try some low-calorie cakes. Preference to a small extended ice cream low fat or no fat, or a half a cake is still tolerable. However, fruit will always be the best option for dessert or just a cup of coffee with less sugar and milk.
